Formation of self-help groups (SHGs), financial literacy training, and vocational programs enable women to actively participate in economic and social development.
Currently, 196 SHGs are functional, with 2,202 active members across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana. established 130 gardens across 13 villages and benefited 130 farmers in Himachal Pradesh.
SHG savings during the reporting period totalled ₹78 lakh, while ₹22.75 lakh was secured in external loans. Additionally, 615 members benefited from internal lending, fostering financial independence and livelihoods.
