We empower rural communities through skill development programs like handicrafts, mushroom cultivation, and small-scale enterprises. These efforts enable households to diversify income sources beyond traditional farming. Our interventions include promoting water conservation, empowering women through self-help groups, and improving sanitation through solid waste management.

Conducted 150 sessions on jute bag making, Phulkari embroidery, and papad making in collaboration with local artisans and markets for skill enhancement. 1,638 women trained, achieving supplemental incomes of ₹3,000–5,000 per month.
