I hold a Master's in Zoology and serve as District Coordinator for Mohali and Ambala at Manav Vikas Sansthan. I oversee projects in education, women empowerment, and rural development. This role allows me to drive meaningful social change.
Project Officer, Gyandeep Project
With an MSc and B.Ed, I serve as a Project Officer under the Gyandeep Project at Manav Vikas Sansthan, focusing on improving educational outcomes in rural areas.
Community Mobilizer
I am Suman Sharma, associated with Manav Vikas Sansthan since 1997. I have worked on projects like SHG, JLG, and Watershed. Currently serving as a cabinet member in the Resam Kit Palan Project and community mobilizer in the Ajin Prem Foundation project. This institute has enriched me with valuable experiences, and I hope it continues to grow.
HR Executive
I'm Priyanka Pathania, holding a master's degree in HR and Marketing. I joined Manav Vikas Sansthan in January 2025 as an HR Executive. My focus is on ensuring smooth management and fostering a positive work environment for the employees.
Civil Engineering
I hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, I working as Civil Engineer under Dhounkothi Panjgain Watershed Development Project of NABARD and Adani Foundation at Manav Vikas Sansthan. I focus on all construction works in Watershed Development, Treatment of water resources, estimation and designing of different structures etc.
Project Agronomist
I have done a Masters in Agroforestry and am currently working as an Agronomist in Manav vikas Sansthan at kalol, Bilaspur(H.P). I am responsible for providing technical guidance and support to farmers, communities, and project staff on sustainable agricultural practices, soil conservation, and water management.This role provides me an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of farmers and communities.

I hold a Degree in Arts, I working as Project Manager at Manav Vikas Sansthan from last 16 years, I oversee different projects of NABARD, ACC Adani Foundation, ICICI Foundation, PSI, TDF, ATMA, KVK and IARI such as; Dhounkothi Panjgain Watershed, NABARD FPOs NABARD FPOs, Foot Bridge Constrution, System of Crop Intensification (SCI), Village Development Programme (VDP), Drought Mitigation Programme (DMP), Farmer clubs, Fisheries, Self Help Groups, Joint Liability Groups, , Sericulture, RKVY, Women empowerment and rural development in District Bilaspur (H.P.
